The Governor and First Lady will send a post card to your loved one for his or her birthday or special occasion.
Send an email to the First Lady asking for her to send the post card. Include your name and contact information, plus a the name(s) and contact information of the post card recipient. Please include a summary of the special occasion and any other important details.
